I called Platinum first thing in the morning with a non-working furnace and talked with Noah who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He scheduled me for later in the day, but then called back as he had some time open up early.
Once at the house, Noah worked quickly and thoroughly to diagnose the problem and guided me through the whole process so I would know what happened. He found a solution and explained it clearly, gaining my trust in the process.
